Trolley hits pedestrian yesteday?

A reader/rider writes yesterday (presumably about the 10 trolley at 36th & Market):
I think I saw an accident with a pedestrian and a trolley on 35th near Market at about 2:30pm today [Tuesday]. Transit operator and passers-by immediately helped. Couldn't see who was at fault, but I'm hoping (and praying) that everyone is o.k. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.I was walking along the east side of 35th, just south of Market. I saw a trolley heading south on 35th on the west side of the street. I suddenly heard a loud horn and a squealing of wheels. Then I heard a lot of people yelling. But I didn't see any collision. I may have heard a thump, but I'm not sure. I speculate it was someone jaywalking.
Several people outside of a convenience store / deli ran inside and it looked like they were telling the owners to call 911. The SEPTA operator ran down the steps and people spilled onto the sidewalk from the trolley, surrounding the west side of the trolley. What appeared to be a single high-heeled shoe was lying in the street about 30 feet SOUTH of the front of the trolley, which was very confusing to me.
I couldn't see anything, although I must admit I did not want to look. I just wanted to see if the person was o.k. I asked several passers-by, who all shrugged their shoulders grimly and didn't respond. I wondered if they didn't know, didn't feel like talking, or were too traumatized by what they had seen to respond. Or all three.
