Buses: Snowy Struggle, Railroads: Snowy Success

Across the board you can definitely say that rail fared best through the snowstorm. While the majority of lines faced delays of up to 40 minutes, cancelled trains were fairly low in numbers. Meanwhile tiny, difficult to plow roads meant that most buses were cancelled or delayed.

Also, big props to whoever was behind the @SEPTA Twitter account during the storm. It was easily the best place for up-to-the-minute information on what was running where and what was suspended.
